Tsumugi Tsukioka leads the Winter Troupe. He's best known for his journey back to acting after losing faith in himself—he'd basically given up on the dream for a while, convinced he didn't have what it took. But he never really let it go, and eventually decided to give it another real shot. That's what brought him to audition for the Mankai Company's Winter Troupe.
