Alice is Klee's mother and probably best known as the founder and Elder of the Hexenzirkel, a mysterious organization of powerful mages. She's a serious polymath—alchemy, astrology, engineering, magic, medicine, you name it. She also happens to be the adventurer behind the Teyvat Travel Guide, which is pretty much the definitive resource for exploring the world.
Visually, she's hard to miss. Alice rocks a big witch hat with a decorative bow, and her long blonde hair falls past her shoulders with elf-like ears just like Klee's. Her outfit is fancy—high collar, lots of layering, frilled details, and a ribbon tied at the neck. She's usually shown channeling magic from a floating grimoire, and she's got a pair of Dodocos hanging around her, which fits with her whole "Dodo-King" title.
