Jiwoo Seo is the main character of Eleceed. He's Kayden's only student and happens to be the second person ever to develop Electrokinesis—though honestly, Super Speed is really his thing. He's an independent awakener who got into the Awakened Academy thanks to sponsorship from the Shinhwa Association.
