Mega Voltage Character
A new character who shows up in Mega Voltage. He's training in Mega Evolution alongside Roy, with his partner being a Mega Yamirami (Mega Sableye). Not much else is known about him yet, but he's clearly serious about the whole Mega Evolution thing given that he's working on it with Roy.
