Cornelia was a member of the Empire's Assassination group The Elite Seven, trained by Gozuki their adoptive father and was considered to be the "big sister" of the group. Cornelia is the user of the Shingu "Pulverization King", an arm-brace that grants it's user super-human strength. It's striking power is easily capable of piercing weak weapons and armor. Improper use of this Shingu can cause harm to it's user.
