Andre Boom Boom is a minor antagonist in Part VII: Steel Ball Run and a member of the Boom Boom Family.
He's a guy in his early twenties whose most striking feature is the heavy freckles covering his face. He's got some genuinely weird abilities—he can flatten his nostrils and somehow fit his entire ear into his ear hole, which is exactly as unsettling as it sounds.
Like the rest of his family, Andre isn't exactly mentally stable, but he comes across as slightly sharper than his younger brother. Still, that's not saying much given the general state of the Boom Booms.
