Battle Beast is a student at Duel Academy's Fusion Dimension branch and arguably Sanders's most formidable duelist—though his violent nature has made him too dangerous to let roam freely. He duels with a Gladiator Beast deck.
Personality-wise, Battle Beast is feral and aggressively competitive to a fault. He thinks nothing of sealing his own classmates into cards, and his opponents aren't safe even after defeat; he's been known to try crushing cards containing defeated duelists. Arrogant and sadistic, he feeds off others' fear and suffering without any sense of restraint or remorse. Call him out on it and he just shrugs. His obsession with winning can work against him though—Yuuya, Noboru, and Crow have all baited him by getting under his skin and making him chase them instead of playing smart.
What's interesting is that beneath all that savagery sits a coward. When the pressure's on, Battle Beast hides behind his Continuous Trap Cards and strikes from the shadows rather than face direct confrontation. His Gladiator Beast deck, with its tag-out mechanics, reflects this playstyle perfectly. He struggles when forced into sustained pressure and clearly resents taking orders from Sanders, who seems to stress him out more than challenge him. In the end, Battle Beast isn't actually motivated by loyalty or honor—he duels purely for survival. When Sanders threatened to seal him into a card, BB snapped and turned against him outright.
