Alvin started out as a pretty green adventurer when Karla convinced him to team up with her. He's basically become her favorite punching bag—she's constantly insulting him, and he just has to deal with it. The thing is, he's not exactly a powerhouse, so the mockery comes from all directions. Karla gives him grief, sure, but even the monsters he's supposed to be fighting don't take him seriously. It's rough being the weak link in a party, especially when your teammate won't let you forget it.
