Luciano Bradley, better known as the "Vampire of Britannia," is the Knight of Ten and exactly as unpleasant as his nickname suggests. He's a violent guy who actively provokes people and attacks unprovoked—most of the other Knights of Rounds can't stand him. What makes him genuinely disturbing is how little he cares about who dies in his wake, whether allies or enemies. He basically treats battle as an excuse to kill people openly and without consequence, which he's oddly proud of; he calls himself a "homicide genius" in all seriousness. He's got a whole collection of large knives he throws with scary accuracy.
Despite being fiercely loyal to the Britannian Empire in theory, he does whatever he wants most of the time, even around royalty. He pilots the Percival Knightmare Frame.
His personal unit, the Grausam Valkyrie Squadron, consists of four young women aged 15 to 25 who fly distinctive two-tone pink Vincents. Liliana Vergamon and Marika Soresi (sister of Kewell Soresi) are the named members; all four previously served under Princess Cornelia.
Luciano first shows up around the time of the UFN's formation, throwing a knife at Suzaku before insulting Euphemia. He later corners Kallen in a conversation with Nunnally and threatens her, casually noting she's expendable as long as she stays alive. When Gino tries to stop him, Luciano just insults him back, suggesting his noble birth is the only reason he got anywhere. During the second Tokyo battle, Luciano and the full Valkyrie Squadron nearly take down Lelouch, destroying several Black Knight Knightmares in the process. All four Valkyrie pilots end up killed by Kallen, and Luciano goes down right after.
