One of the core members of Happousai's ninja outfit at Dokutake Castle, he's basically the closest thing the old master has to a right-hand man—which honestly says something about Happousai's standards. Fubuki's father is genuinely dedicated to his work and takes his orders seriously, but good intentions don't really translate to results. He's earnest and dutiful about following through on whatever Happousai throws at him, yet his efforts tend to end in failure more often than not. He's not incompetent exactly, just consistently outmatched by circumstance or his own limitations, which makes him a pretty sympathetic figure despite being on the wrong side of things most of the time.
