Shinobu is the guardian of Mona and Rina Ichijima. He is a handsome, pony-tailed researcher who is toiling away on a cure for Return Syndrome. He is a genius and had earned a PhD from Harvard before his eighteenth birthday. As a child his mother died and he was adopted into Rinlett's family due to his extreme intellect. Rinlett constantly bullied him.
