A subordinate ninja under Harumaki Gyouja, he's best known for calling himself the "#1 good man of Onitake Castle"—a title nobody else seems to back up. He's practically a walking arsenal, constantly loaded with ninja tools, and you'll rarely see him without his usual partner, Kyuuchoume, another ninja from Onitake. The two of them are kind of a package deal.
