Neko is basically the charming cat character who runs a small fortune-telling bar tucked away in some dark alley in Pripara. She's known for being flirty and a bit manipulative, though she genuinely seems to care about helping out Aroma and Mikan whenever she can. Her acting skills are pretty solid too. One of her quirks is tacking "~nekon" onto the end of her sentences, which has become kind of her signature thing.
