Chourou
Chourou—literally just "elder," since nobody actually knows his real name—is an 88-year-old ninja who's still going strong as the leader of the Usutake Castle ninja team. That's right: he's in his late eighties and still actively running things. Most people would've retired decades ago, but Chourou apparently didn't get the memo. He's been around long enough that the younger ninja probably see him as this ancient fixture of the organization, the guy who's survived everything and somehow knows how everything works. Whether that's through actual skill, pure stubbornness, or just outlasting everyone else is anyone's guess, but the fact that he's still in charge says something.
