Charon first showed up briefly in "Saving the World From Ruins!" as part of Team Galactic's base, though he didn't have any speaking lines. He got a proper introduction in "Gateway to Ruin!" when he and Saturn were hunting for the Spear Pillar on Mt. Coronet.
He stuck around through Team Galactic's whole endgame, appearing from "Unlocking the Red Chain of Events!" all the way through "The Battle Finale of Legend!" where he played a key role in wrapping up the Red Chain project. Unlike the other three Commanders, Charon actually managed to escape at the end of the arc without getting arrested.
As Team Galactic's tech guy, he's usually glued to his laptop, handling the technical side of their operations—tracking energy outputs, monitoring stats, that kind of thing.
