Weakness: Point when touched, under the armA second-year Pandora from the UK, she's known as the Angel of Confinement. She started out as the 2nd-ranked second-year, but climbed to the top spot after taking advantage of some chaos Kazuya caused to beat out Satellizer. There's definitely a rivalry there, though she genuinely respects Satellizer and considers her a friend and fellow fighter.
Her Volt Weapon is the Chains of Binding—four chained flails (six in the anime version) that sprout from her back. She can control how they move and extend them at will. In the anime, things get way more brutal: two of those flails actually transform into circular saws that she uses to tear into Satellizer during their fights.
