Taijou Roukun founded Togenkyou and raised both Shinkouhyou and Ryo Yuukyou. He's one of the Sandai Sennin, though calling him one of the great immortals might be generous—the guy is legendarily lazy. Honestly, he sleeps almost constantly, sealed inside his own invention, the Taida Suit, and only bothers waking up every few years or so.
He's collected a decent arsenal of paopei over the centuries. Like the other Great Sennin, he owns one of the seven super paopei: the Taikyokuzu. But since he can't be bothered to actually use it, he just hands it off to Taikoubou. He's also got the Ippakaseikunhaipa, a goofy-looking toy hammer paopei, and of course the Taida Suit itself—his masterwork that keeps him breathing, protected, and blissfully asleep without any effort on his part. The suit literally does his breathing for him because he's too lazy to manage it alone. At some point he also picks up the Keiseigensho, which he'd taken from Dakki.
