Don José is the first Ganado you encounter in Resident Evil 4, and he's basically the town's greeter—he hangs out in the house right at the entrance to the village. He's got that weathered look: graying black hair and beard, dressed in a stained white shirt under a brown vest with matching brown pants and black shoes.
He's one of the most basic Ganado types you'll run into, and he's almost always carrying either an axe or a pitchfork, making him a straightforward melee threat early on.
