Shingo's partner and fellow detective. He's still pretty green at the job, which means he catches a lot of flak from the other cops—they're constantly messing with him. Despite all the ribbing, he's got a laid-back vibe and genuinely enjoys fooling around on the clock. Shingo's clearly fond of him and even gave him the nickname "Pochi," which kind of says everything you need to know about their dynamic.
