Mina haunts the abandoned house that Reiji acquires at the start of the story, serving as its ghost guardian. Over the years, she's accumulated enough spiritual energy to maintain a stable human appearance for extended periods—a pretty rare feat for a ghost. Initially she's stuck within the house's walls, but everything changes when Reiji discovers her pendant heirloom buried in the basement. Once she has it with her, she's finally able to leave and move around freely.
