Tartaglia is the Eleventh Fatui Harbinger, and probably the most deceptive one you'll meet. Don't mistake that friendly, almost boyish demeanor for anything genuine—he's a weapon, carefully built and endlessly sharp. Where he shows up, trouble isn't far behind, and he genuinely loves a good fight. Being the youngest of the Harbingers only makes him more dangerous, not less.
His look is distinctly Snezhnayan: a gray jacket worn unbuttoned at the bottom with a red scarf draped across his chest and over his left shoulder. His Hydro Vision hangs from a belt at his waist. He pairs the jacket with gray pants tucked into black boots—the kind where one half is folded down—and a chain dangles from the right boot. Short gloves and a thigh garter complete the outfit. It's a style that manages to look casual and intimidating at once, which is probably the point.
