A second-year at Megurogawa Academy and the school's second-ranked student. He's got an interesting backstory—technically the son of a wealthy hotel magnate, but he was raised by a completely different family due to a mix-up at birth. Despite that complicated family situation, he's stayed focused on his academics.
His main motivation right now is pretty straightforward: he's got a crush on his classmate Hiro Segawa, and he's determined to confess his feelings once he finally beats her in the school rankings. It's become his goal—surpass her academically, then tell her how he feels. So far though, she's still ahead of him.
