Momo Ryuuju is a second-year at Shuchi'in Academy and currently runs the Astronomy Club as its president. She comes from a yakuza family—her father's the boss—which tends to catch people off guard given her otherwise normal school life. Before Miyuki Shirogane took over, Momo actually held the treasurer position on the student council, so she's got some experience with school leadership already.
