Mineru is a fourth-year student at Seikan living in the "Goddess Dormitory." She's a researcher with an obsession for toxic gas experiments—which, given her track record, is mostly a disaster. She's earned the unflattering nickname "Walking Toxic Gas Emitter" thanks to her habit of blowing up her own work. When she's in the lab, she prefers minimal clothing: just an unbuttoned shirt and panties, which probably isn't helping the whole toxic gas situation.
She stumbled across Koshi Nagumo half-starved and collapsed on the street, dragged him back to the dorm, and fed him. After introducing him to the other residents, she pitched him on the idea: stick around as the dorm's live-in caretaker and mother figure. He took the deal.
