Kobayashi Satori
Kobayashi Satori is a third-year student at Tokiwadai Middle School in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. She's a Level 3 esper with telepathic abilities, making her one of the more capable students at the elite academy.
Within Shokuhou Misaki's friend group, Satori holds a pretty significant position—she's basically the second-in-command behind Hokaze Junko, and other clique members tend to look to her for direction. It's one of those roles that doesn't get a ton of screen time but says something about how she's perceived among her peers.
