Cobalion is a quadrupedal Pokémon with a striking design that blends stag and goat features. Its body is covered in aqua blue fur, punctuated by jagged yellow horns shaped like lightning bolts. A black stripe runs down its face from nose to the back of its head, contrasting with its lighter blue snout. Gray spots dot its long neck and hind legs, while a white tuft of fur beneath its throat gives it an almost formal appearance, like a cravat.
