Echo 3 is the protagonist of the series and a pilot for Xaos's Echo Squadron under the Pipre branch. He got an S-grade during his qualification evaluation when he enlisted, which he's never let anyone forget—he'll straight up call himself a genius. That said, he ended up joining Xaos mostly because his job hunt fell through, so his motivation was pretty rough at first. He'd show up late or skip shifts constantly.
Off duty, though? Hardcore idol otaku through and through. He's obsessed with Pirika from the group Throne—the kind of dedicated fan who probably has a shrine somewhere. Pirika initially came across as distant and cold, which didn't stop him one bit. Everything shifted once "Project - Thrones" kicked off; working together actually brought them closer, and they started building a real connection from there.
