Rokesh is best known as the ruler of the Naga Raja Tribes inhabiting the Abelion Hills. He was one of several demihuman tribal leaders who joined forces under Jaldabaoth's command during the invasion of the Roble Holy Kingdom.
Physically, Rokesh resembled a serpent that had evolved or mutated to possess arms. His most striking feature was his scales, which had a wet, glistening appearance and displayed a chaotic spectrum of colors—a trait that earned him the nickname "Rainbow Scales." The effect was visually distinctive enough that it's hard to miss.
