A Knight Commander of the Retice Kingdom, Retice is best known as Akira Oda's mentor. He was among the few who actually recognized Akira's potential early on, which led him to take the kid under his wing and train him. His eye for talent and willingness to invest in Akira's development made him a pretty significant figure in shaping who Akira would become.
