These two are basically the opposite of each other—one's blonde, the other's got dark hair—and they're both completely obsessed with cats. Seriously, it's their one weakness.
Their power, called "Time/Space," is legitimately broken. They can throw up barriers that range from tiny cages that trap people to massive floating blocks they can walk on mid-air. What really sets them apart is that they can reverse effects inside their barriers. Wounds heal, torn clothes fix themselves, that sort of thing. It's as versatile as it is overpowered.
Most fans and the story itself treat them as some of the strongest characters in the whole series, and honestly, their ability kind of backs that up.
