Ending is a villain who shows up as an antagonist during the Endeavor Agency Arc.
The guy's pretty memorable-looking: muscular build, average height, and he's got this unsettling vibe going. He wears horizontal black and white striped pants and shirt under some kind of vest, but the real standout is his mask. It covers his entire face except for his mouth and eyes, decorated with two parallel white lines on each side and horizontal stripes that look like a crosswalk pattern. What really gets people is his wide grin and those crazed, unhinged eyes.
