Valério is an ancient Demon Lord who was sealed away centuries ago by Adélaïde Grand Marnier after their brutal confrontation. When Cinque and Couver accidentally break the seal, he comes roaring back—though his dramatic resurrection is immediately undercut when he's caught red-handed sneaking into the female baths as a peeping tom.
Despite his pervy antics, Valério's actually dangerous. He can absorb his opponents' energy and weaponize it, which lets him stand toe-to-toe against the combined assault of Cinque, Nanami, and Rebecca simultaneously. That said, he doesn't last long once Adélaïde shows up and decides he needs a reality check. She subdues him without much trouble and forces him to apologize for the chaos he's caused.
