Mia Tendou is the younger sister of the hospital's head nurse and part of the notorious "OG Three"—a trio of veteran nurses who've built up a serious reputation around the hospital. She's genuinely unpredictable and eccentric, which makes her difficult to work with. Her wild behavior tends to create problems for pretty much everyone around her, but since she's basically untouchable (thanks to being the head nurse's favorite), most people just grit their teeth and deal with it rather than actually calling her out.
