He's the head custodian running things at G-8. You'll spot him instantly by his mustache and beard, plus the bandana across his forehead that reads "班長" (group leader). He's usually wearing an apron labeled "当番" (on duty) on the back.
He made his debut in Episode 197 and is voiced by Haramaki Kōji. He's best known for the time he fell for Nami's disguise when she threw on an apron to fool the Marines—he genuinely mistook her for one of the cleaning staff.
