Nishimiya's younger sister, currently in middle school. She cut her hair short years ago so their mom wouldn't trim her older sister's hair, and the look just stuck—which leads people to mistake her for a boy pretty regularly. Ishida initially thought she was Nishimiya's boyfriend.
Yuzuru is fiercely protective of her sister and holds a real grudge against anyone who bullied her, especially Ishida. Once she realizes he's genuinely changed though, she softens up and actually starts rooting for him to get together with Nishimiya. That said, she gets frustrated watching them dance around their feelings without actually doing anything about it. As for school, Yuzuru often skips to photograph dead animals and insects, which obviously doesn't help her relationship with her mother.
