Rem Kaginuki runs the Student Council at Shikou Gakuen and basically owns the place—he's got that "Prince" reputation that has most of the female student body falling over themselves. You'll usually find him hanging out in the Student Council room, which people call the "Third Library" for some reason.
Outside school, he lives the full aristocrat life in a mansion with staff all over the place to handle whatever he needs. He's got that distinctive ash-blonde hair and green eyes that probably contribute to the whole prince thing.
Turns out Rem Kaginuki isn't even his real name. In the devil world, he goes by Rem Arlond.
