A nervous guy who runs Yamabuki High School—he's got a stutter and his hands won't stop shaking, which makes him seem way less intimidating than he probably wants to be. That said, he's actually a seriously skilled gunfighter and ninja, so there's definitely more going on under the surface than his anxious exterior suggests. He's constantly on Yoshinoya-sensei's case about her work performance, though given what he's capable of, maybe she should be more worried about disappointing him.
