One of the main characters in the second arc, he's an agent with the ESP Police Force assigned to protect Ren. His psychic ability is metalbending, though it's kind of unclear how reliable it actually is—he can warp and reshape machines and vehicles into basically whatever he wants. His most memorable feat is turning a police car into a robot, which gives you a sense of how creative (and weird) his powers can get.
