One of the Decay of Angels' most memorable members, this guy's basically a magician with a superpower to match. He's obsessed with magic and performance—there's something about pulling off a trick and catching that moment of genuine surprise on someone's face that really gets him going. He also has an inexplicable love for piroshki and apparently enjoys a good quiz.
His ability, The Overcoat, is exactly what it sounds like: his coat functions as a portal system. He can yank objects (or people) from one location to another, relocate things through space, or manifest anything from his coat in places nowhere near his actual body. Want a pillar to suddenly appear? His gun to materialize across the room? Done. It works on living things too, which makes it particularly nasty in a fight. The range maxes out at about 30 meters.
What he genuinely despises—brainwashing, forced servitude, anything that strips away someone's freedom—hints at why he ended up with the Decay of Angels in the first place. He values his autonomy fiercely.
