Kuroka
Kuroka is a Nekomata and one of the Underworld's most wanted criminals, classified as an SS-Class Stray Devil. She serves as a member of Vali Team within the Khaos Brigade.
She's best known as the older sister of Koneko Toujou, and her primary motivation throughout the series is reconnecting with her—though her methods tend toward the forceful side. She's repeatedly tried to take Koneko away from Rias' place, viewing their separation as something that needs fixing by any means necessary.
