Kurotsuchi is a female shinobi who serves as one of the Tsuchikage's escorts, alongside Akatsuchi. She's close enough to Deidara that she calls him Deidara-nii—whether that's because they're actually related or just how she shows respect to him isn't entirely clear, but either way, it stuck.
