Chika is Sae's younger sister and thirteen years old. She's basically the opposite of her reserved older sister—way more spontaneous and full of energy. She's really into cooking and has this whole thing going on with a Kabuki actor she's obsessed with. As for school, she's not the artistic type at all; she'd much rather do music or home economics.
Fans might note that Chika was originally only in the anime, but she eventually made her way into the manga starting in volume 7.
