Phenomeno Payne is a Beyblade Burst Dynamite Battle character who's basically defined by his grudge against Rashad Goodman. He lost to Rashad early in his blading career back in Europe, and that loss stuck with him. Years later, he shows up again—this time as the Phoenix, dead set on getting his revenge and finally beating Rashad in a real match.
