About Noe, Shinji

He's best known as part of Mizuki's friend group, where he's usually paired with Kyogo Sekime—the guy with the glasses. What sets them apart is that they're actually locals, unlike most of the others hanging around. He's got a pretty intense fear of ghosts and anything creepy, and apparently Kayashima loves messing with him by bringing up scary stuff. In one of the special chapters, he lands a job at an anime production company. Fun fact that fans often note: like Kayashima, his name is also a station on the Keihan Main Line. © Wiki
