Susugi
Susugi is a youkai who inhabits shadows, typically lurking around rural homes. He's known for sneaking in to eat leftover food straight off people's plates—but here's the thing that makes him notable: he actually cleans the dishes afterward as payment. It's a pretty fair trade, if you think about it.
He doesn't show up much in the series, but fans remember him mostly because of a mix-up involving another youkai named Tsuyukami. Their name papers got stuck together at some point, which meant Natsume had to return both of them simultaneously rather than dealing with them separately.
