Kyouya, nicknamed "Kyoro," is the series' protagonist and the only guy in GJ-bu—though he didn't exactly join voluntarily; the girls basically kidnapped him into it. He's got black hair and eyes, and he's generally kind and polite, which makes him the perfect target for the other members' teasing, venting, and occasional romantic advances.
On the surface, he seems pretty passive, but there's something he's weirdly good at: charming the girls around him. Drop the formal speech and get a bit rougher with his tone, and they're noticeably flustered. Same goes when he helps brush someone's hair—apparently a skill he picked up from years of doing it for his little sister. It's not something he makes a big deal about, but fans often note it's probably his most useful talent in the club.
