Mitsuki's Stepbrother
He's Mitsuki's stepbrother and genuinely cares about her, even though they haven't known each other very long. When she started acting strange, he'd regularly check in on her to see if something was wrong.
As the male lead of the show, he stands out among the three main characters for never engaging in sexual behavior or making inappropriate advances—pretty much the only one who can say that. He did accidentally get seen naked by his stepsister once when she managed to unlock the bathroom door from outside while he was showering, but that's about as far as things go with him.
Fans often note that he's the most level-headed character in the series, which isn't saying much given how chaotic everyone else gets.
