NESTA's lead researcher and the architect behind the Vectors. He was one of Sōgon's closest allies—so loyal, in fact, that he stuck with him even after Sakurako turned her back on the organization. When Sōgon died, he didn't abandon ship; instead, he doubled down on the original plan and threw his support behind Sōgon's son.
