An uchigatana rumored to be a knockoff Kotetsu—one of those legendary swords from the Edo period. The thing is, despite being a forgery, this blade proved itself during the brutal Ikedaya Incident. Kondou Isami, the Shinsengumi's commander, was wielding him at the time, and he didn't bend or break. That alone says something about his durability.
