Kinkou Seibo ranks among the ten most powerful Jutenkun of Kingou Island. She's best known for her incredible control over shadow and light through her dimension paopei, the Kinkoujin.

The catch is that victims can avoid this fate by staying within the safe zones of light that Kinkou actively emits. It's a deceptively clever power that forces enemies to choose between exposing themselves to her attacks or getting worn down by their own reflections.
